Broccoli head

Built around the customer. Run by operators.

Seven leaders. Seven defined lanes. The customer-facing management appear first on this page because that is how the company is organised. UPP is run as an operating team with named ownership at every step of the buying journey and at every part of the supply chain — combined 100+ years across regulated food, ingredients, agri-tech and Tier-1 procurement, with experience on both sides of the trade.

Rose Judeh-Elwell (Commercial Director) owns serving the food producers. He is responsible for the operational side of UPP's grower relationships and for the field-deployed asset base that gives UPP its feedstock-control advantage. Matt has operations leadership in distributed-asset environments including the Army and wind farms. Contact Matt for: Harvesta deployment and field operations.
