Our ingredients can be provided in a number of forms: chilled, dried and frozen so they can fit with current production workflows and equipment. Our standard pack format is a sealed 10kg bag. Minimum Order Quantity ('MOQ') is 500kg (wet), 200kg (dry) for commercial production, or 50kg for test. Single bags can be provided for initial trials.
Lead time for standard SKUs within agreed call-off is two weeks.
Our standard bags are 600mmx400mm flat but when full they narrow to 600mmx350mm with a target weight of 10kg of wet product. The current bag specification is; 100µm PE//PE plain, sideweld, unlacquered in transparent"low-slip" material.
Our bags for Wet Fiba have been designed to lay on UK Standard Pallets (1000mmx1200mm) in an asymmetric stacking pattern. The pallets can take 70 bags (700kg) and remain below ~1.5m high. This keeps us within the legal limit of 750kg @ <2.2m height for a full-lite pallet UK standard. We can also fulfil pallets of 500kg <1m height if required.
